Contracts for retaliors (pardon the old style 'british/italian' spelling, and yes, it is a pun.) are primarily written to support our retail channels.  As any good company, we prefer that our books recognize an interest that our channel partners plan to stay in business, but we also are liberal enough to recognize the unforunate situation in the U.S.A where most are unable to due so.

 Long term conrtacts are naturally payable only via mechanisms that represent long stores of value.  Long term contracts (10+ years) are availbale only with payment by silver or gold and are approved with sole discretion of the board of directors.  As a company that believes in 'innovation', approval for long term contracts requires only 5% or better board approval.
